We proudly announce that we pioneered the use of Hilti BX 3-BT (02) cordless fastening tool and Hilti X-BT-ER stainless steel threaded studs for electrical connectors on steel in highly corrosive environments, in Bosnia and Hercegovina.

We applied X-BT-ER as grounding studs to a particular Crushing Plant ongoing project, the features are as follow:

- No rework necessary on coated steel – corrosion protection remains intact

- Enhanced safety – allows electrical current to flow through the stud and then discharges it properly into the base material

- Portable, cordless system – eliminates the need for long electric supply cords

- Fast – ideal for fastening directly to coated or treated steel

- Corrosion-resistant – suitable for marine, offshore and petrochemical applications, power plants, etc.

Using the proper tool fastener guides X-FG we also apply X-BT-GR stainless steel threaded studs for fastening cable trays, channels, strut, light-duty electrical installation (T-bars, instrumentation panels, junction boxes) fitting out and much more. Fast and secure bond creates a true weld to the base material for an extremely strong hold and high loading capacity.
